I was the acupuncturist for a beloved Rinpoche (teacher/lama) of the Drikung Kagyu lineage and practiced in his community clinic for his resident monks and nuns in Kathmandu, Nepal, as well as at the Lamayuru monastery, Ladakh, India (2006-07).
I have studied healing arts throughout Asia for many years. I have taught various forms of yoga since 1997 and have been an avid meditator since early childhood. I teach all of my patients some form of meditation. We work to encourage what you already know in practice or I can help the complete beginner find a sensible entry point to discover the amazing benefits of meditation.
I have extensive experience treating many health conditions through systems-based medicine since 2005.
